SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping Materials to the Venue
Important Timeline: Packages can arrive at The Old Post Office no sooner than September 22nd, 2026 (2 days before the event).

Required Documentation:
All sponsors must send an inventory list to leah.stortz@jll.com
The Old Post Office cannot guarantee the arrival of packages without an inventory list or point of contact
Clearly label all packages with your company name and "Chicagoland Risk Forum"
Package Tracking:
We strongly recommend using shipping services that provide tracking numbers
Keep all tracking information accessible during the event
Contact your sponsorship coordinator with any shipping concerns prior to the event
Return Shipping Process
Preparing Items for Return:
All packages must be completely sealed and properly labeled
You must schedule pickup directly with your carrier
Use the same venue address and contact information as listed above
Clearly indicate your company as the return recipient on all labels
Carrier Services:
You are responsible for coordinating with your preferred shipping carrier
The venue does not provide return shipping materials or services
All items must be collected by the end of the day on September 24, 2026, unless special arrangements have been made
EVENT REGISTRATION PASSES
INSPIRE Sponsors (both Speaking and Branding): 3 complimentary event registration passes
CONNECT Sponsors: 2 complimentary event registration passes
Registration Process:
Email Mike Andersen (ChicagoRIMS@Gmail.com) the names of your complimentary registration passes and he will sign them up.
We encourage you to submit your registration names as soon as possible to ensure your team is included in all pre-event communications.
Important Notes:
Speaker slots count toward your complimentary registration total (e.g., if you have 3 speakers as an INSPIRE sponsor, all 3 complimentary passes are used for speakers)
Additional attendees beyond your complimentary limit: Purchase passes at the standard rate through our registration portal
Risk Managers attend free but must register in advance through the standard registration process
Non-risk management professionals (vendor staff, sales reps, etc.) require paid registration beyond your complimentary allocation
*Example: INSPIRE sponsor with 3 speakers + 2 additional sales team members = 3 complimentary passes used for speakers + 2 paid registrations required for sales team

Important Notes:
Additional registrations: If you need additional event registration passes beyond those included with your sponsorship, they must be purchased separately
Pull-up banners: If your table space doesn't accommodate your banner, we will do our best to place it in a high-visibility area
Table space: High-top tables are approximately bar-height cocktail table size. Space for your materials, swag, and giveaways is limited—pack smart!
Power outlets: Power outlets are scattered throughout the venue. We cannot guarantee proximity to your table, so plan accordingly for any devices or displays.
Storage: Back-of-house storage is available for extra materials, but is not secured—please don't leave valuables unattended.
Lead collection: We encourage business card collection and face-to-face conversations. While we have an event app available, the best connections at CRF happen through direct engagement.

SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrive during your designated setup time
Bring all necessary materials for your display
Provide your own signage within your designated area
Adhere to venue guidelines (no adhesives on walls)
Arrange for return shipping of your materials

All company logos should be submitted in high-resolution format
